Below is an approximate harvest schedule for the upcoming season.  Based on our planting schedule for 2020, and assuming typical seasonal weather, customers may expect produce from about early May to late October with potential for late April to mid November.  This schedule may be used to help you predict what you may be able to buy during a given point in the season.  Note that this isn't a guarantee that these products will be available at this time of the year, but rather a rough preview.

Year Roundsunflower shoots, pea shoots, broccoli microgreens, daikon microgreens

Spring: braising mix, salad mix, spinach, mache, radishes, kale raab, chard, snap peas

Early Summer: snap beans, cabbage, cucumber, dill, carrots, radicchio, kale, summer squash, chard, beets, baby lettuce mix, baby braising mix, snap peas, radishes

Late Summer: tomatillo, cherry tomato, beefsteak tomato, paste tomato, basil, dill, peppers, snap beans, cucumbers, carrots, radicchio, kale, summer squash, chard, beets, baby lettuce mix, baby braising mix

Fall: soup beans, sunchoke, snap peas, cabbage, Brussels sprouts, fennel, spinach, radish, delicata squash, tomatillo, cherry tomato, beefsteak tomato, paste tomato, basil, dill, peppers, snap beans, cucumbers, carrots, radicchio, kale, summer squash, chard, beets, baby lettuce mix, baby braising mix
