Ley Creek Farm is a licensed home processor through the New York State Department of Agriculture and Markets.  Our customers are busy people who love to eat great food, but we recognize that many folks just don't have the time to cook elaborate meals or curate traditional foods in their own kitchen.  We love to offer a variety of naturally fermented sourdough breads, dehydrated fruits and vegetables, and preserved fruits and vegetables to supplement all of the beautiful fresh produce we have to offer.  We love that prepared foods can also fill out our early season produce boxes when there isn't very much diversity going on in the field.
