Seasonal Produce

Each season we offer a variety of vegetables, fruits, and herbs.  Although we have many favorite varieties of these products, we also love to experiment with interesting and rare heirloom varieties each season!  In addition, we also have many perennials on our property, including many fruit trees, berry bushes, a strawberry patch, and lots of rhubarb (a lucky find during our first spring on the farm).

Cut Flowers

We love how flowers brighten and add a fresh fragrance to any space.  Many flowers serve multiple purposes, whether as chemical-free pest control, attractants for pollinators, or edible flowers.  Our property came with well established perennials, including various daffodil varietals, blue muscari, tulips, and peonies.  We have also added many pollinator attractants and salad flowers like phlox, coreopsis, rudbeckia, calendula, nasturtium, borage, sweet alyssum, and asclepias.

Chicken Eggs

From spring through fall, we will have 2-3 dozen large to extra-large sized brown and green chicken eggs available weekly!  Our girls spend nights sleeping in a stationary coop and spend part of their days foraging in the fields.  They spend a lot of time in a stationary run for added protection against predators like coyotes, foxes, and speeding cars.  We will be expanding our flock in 2018 to accommodate the long egg waiting list!

Specialty Goods

During the spring, as our weather can be somewhat unpredictable in this region, it's reassuring to be able to offer our members high-quality products even when the field isn't as productive as in typical years.  By offering preserved products, like jams, jellies, juices, and sauces, we are able to enjoy produce during the off-season as well as extend the market season.  Our farm also grows dry goods, including soup beans, nuts, seeds, and herbal teas.

Artisan Bread

Members may have the option to purchase fresh bread periodically throughout the 26-week season.  Our bread is a traditional fermented sourdough made with our local yeast and prepared with locally grown, home-ground wheat and other seasonal grains, such as quinoa, amaranth, or sorghum.  Due to the seasonality of grains, this product will be available at limited times during certain weeks of the season.
